Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Prescription Medical Services PC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
The Perfect Prescription Medical Services PC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
**DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS ON ANY CLOTHING, SWEATBANDS, WAISTBANDS, OR ANY WEARABLE ITEMS. **
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you purchase an item from our store. To be eligible for a return here at The Perfect Prescription, the product you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it. We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. We do not accept cosmetic, topical, food, or drink items for return.
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and are evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item.
If we approve your refund, we will refund it as store credit. You will receive a special code to use in The Perfect Prescription Medical Services PC.
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. The shipping cost will be deducted if you are issued a refund.
