Assessment Pricing
Each assessment includes an interpretation and complete report of the assessment. Includes a 20-minute explanation of the findings from the report.

ADHD (Attention-Deficit Disorder Scales)
120 Minutes, $300 (2 Part Assessment)
The scales measure the probability of Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder. It also helps to identify the specific problem areas that a person may be experiencing. The DSM5 criteria, which is the standard classification manual used by clinicians nationwide is used to assure the criteria is met for ADHD. Your history and symptoms is also thoroughly explored via an subjective, objective and with the use of a Continuous Performance Test (CPT), which measures your attention span and a person’s ability to concentrate and control impulsivity. This will be a two part testing series. Each part is 1 hour each.

MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory)
50 Minutes, $169
To assess and diagnose mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, depression, and anxiety.

PANSS (Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale)
45 Minutes, $149
To measure the positive and negative syndromes of schizophrenia and other psychoses to develop treatment plans. The PANSS also studies the effects of medication and helps to determine which type of symptoms are being affected.

BASC-3 Family (Behavior Assessment System for Children 3rd Ed)
45 Minutes, $149
To help you understand the behaviors and emotions of children and adolescents through screening, assessments, intervention, support, and monitoring.

MCMI-IV (Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory)
50 Minutes, $169
Widely used adult personality assessment that provides DSM-5- related clinical insights into a patient's personality.

ASRS (Autism Screening )
45 Minutes, $149
The multi-informant measure helps identify symptoms, behaviors, and associated Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) in children and adolescents aged 2 to 18 years

MACI-II (Millon® Adolescent Clinical Inventory-II)
45 Minutes, $129
For teens and adolescents to assess mental health and behavior concerns often unique to their age group, and assist in making reliable diagnostic and treatment decisions.
