Have a 60 min Consultation with a Mental Health Licensed Psychiatrist. During the visit you will have a complete assessment, diagnosis, and a treatment plan.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that The Perfect Rx has a 2 business day cancellation policy. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify our reception by email at support@theperfectrx.com or by phone at 818-213-1231 within 2 business days of your appointment. For example: If your appointment is on a Monday at 1:00 pm, please contact the office by 1:00 pm Thursday the week before and cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid incurring the late-cancellation or no-show fee.
