We ship orders Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 12pm PST will not begin processing until the next day. If you place your order after 12pm PST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week. Please consider this when placing your order.

Expected time to process and ship orders is 2 business days. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
Our standard shipping is a $7.50 Flat Rate Shipping, with an estimated delivery of 10 business days after processing. Please note we do not refund for Flat Rate Shipping on orders.
We also offer several expedited shipping methods through UPS. Orders placed using an expedited method of shipping will ship the same day if they are placed before 12pm PST. If an order with expedited shipping does not meet the 12pm PST deadline, it will ship the following business day.
PLEASE NOTE: We use an automatic system to check all addresses and ensure they are correct. We reach out via email and telephone to verify these addresses. If we do not hear back from you confirming/correcting the address, this Address Verification Process may delay your shipment. Per our policy, we do not refund shipping (expedited or standard) for packages delayed due to Address Verification.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50. Similar to Flat Rate Shipping orders, Free Shipping orders are estimated to be delivered of 10 business days after processing.
HIGH VALUED ORDERS:
All orders over $120 are automatically sent with a signature required at our expense. We want to ensure you will receive your product safe and sound. We suggest you provide an address where you are available to sign for the package during normal business hours. If, for any reason, you are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will hold the package at their local office for your convenience.

Here at The Perfect Prescription LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 day refund on our products. The product seal must be in placed and the product unused. Non topical products must have the tag still placed on the product to be accepted as a return.

- Once you find your order, select the item(s) you'd like to return.
Returns will not be accepted without the ID number.
- Our 7 day money back guarantee is valid only to U.S. customers who purchased product from theperfectrx.com. Refund requests on purchases made via other third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.
- The 7 day money back guarantee is valid only once per product, and redeemable Item(s) must be shipped back to The Perfect Prescription (at customers expense) with a valid receipt in order to process the return. No refund will be given without valid receipt. Customers may not return same item for refund more than once. We do not refund the original cost for shipping on returns where the order was successfully delivered to the customer.
- If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your return label, or tracking number, in case your returned package is lost in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds are only issued for items that are successfully delivered. The Perfect Prescription does not provide refunds for orders that were reported lost in transit. Additionally, replacements for orders lost in transit are not eligible for a refund.
